Clinical Study on Antioxidants
A research study is being conducted to assess the effect of different foods on the immune system.
The study involves a 3.5 hour visit to a medical clinic. During this time, a blood sample will be taken, a food product or nutritional supplement will be given, and 3 more blood samples will be drawn.
Requirements
- Age 18 - 50
- Health: Good
Participants will be compensated for their time.
Participants must reside in Klamath Falls or the surrounding area.
